There’s nothing better than positive feedback from a happy customer after we’ve completed a job. It’s even nicer when they take the time to document their experience with us.

Mr Emmerton was very keen to have a living space with a bright airy feel, but also to have a room he could use all year round, so our garden lounge conservatory with a solid tiled roof was the perfect option for him.

Here are some excerpts from his own words about his experience.  For anyone wondering about how the process typically progresses here is what he wrote:

Right Choice selected based upon reference sites, quality and value for money

FOUNDATIONS & INNER WALLS

Base materials delivered, lawn cut back, paving removed, trenches dug (nearly 12 tons of clay were removed!)

OUTER WALLS & FLOOR

Floor insulation laid, floor cement poured, brick walls laid (superb match to the existing house brick), frame & roof measurements taken (twice for accuracy) by Simon and his lads to ensure a perfect fit of the frames and tiled roof that was prefabricated at the Right Choice factory.

FRAMES & ROOF

UPVC glazed frames with double french doors were installed in 1 day by the lads who made them. The prefabricated tiled roof was erected and new lead flashing was installed. The internal joinery for lighting pelmets was installed, and the electrician (after confirming the locations with me) did the first fix wiring for 9 pelmet spotlights and 4 wall sockets from the supply in the garage

INTERNAL WALLS, PELMET & ROOF

The plasterer arrived to fix the plaster boards for the internal base walls, lighting pelmet and cathedral roof (his ‘machine gun’ screwdriver was an amazing piece of kit!). He plastered the walls, pelmets and roof very quickly and the finish was incredibly smooth. The electrician arrived to carry out the final fix and  left me with lots of spare bulbs.

I contacted Right Choice to confirm that I was delighted with the end result and they gave me the activation codes for my 10 year warranty with the Consumer Protection Association.

SUMMARY

I was impressed with the high quality of materials, construction and customer care provided by the Rightchoice management (Simon & Julie), administration (Angie), builders, labourers, fitters, electrician, plasterer and tiler throughout the Garden Lounge project.

My expectations for the Garden Lounge were not just satisfied but well exceeded and I have no hesitation in recommending Right Choice to prospective clients.
